Delicious, sliced artisan Rye Sourdough for foodservice.

Each loaf is crafted using our authentic natural sourdough starter, which has been slow-fermented for 72 hours, before we stone-bake our Rye Sourdough Batard to perfection, with a thick golden crust, rustic rye flour and an open texture. Then, for ultimate convenience, we have pre-sliced the batard! All that’s left is for you to thaw, prepare and serve.

Serving suggestion
Great as a deli sandwich with cured meats and your favourite cheeses. Try toasted or dipped into soups.
  • Storage Instructions

    Store frozen until use. 

    We recommend you serve Cottage Lane small goods on the day they are thawed, but they should retain their goodness for up to 3 days if stored in an airtight container.
