In the (unlikely!) event that you donât finish your bread on the day of purchase, you can refresh it in a 220-degree oven for 3-5 minutes or until the crust is crisp.

Artisan loaves should be baked for around 23 minutes at 180 degrees from frozen, or 8-12 minutes from ambient. Check the information for each product for any variations.
No, Cottage Lane buns, wraps and bakery small goods are snap-frozen and just need thawing before use, no baking is required.
We recommend you serve Cottage Lane bread on the day itâs baked-off, but it should retain its goodness for up to 3 days if stored properly!
We recommend serving our wraps within 21 days from the time of defrosting.
