Our master bakers have crafted a delightfully dense Grain Batard, using our beloved natural sourdough starter, premium stoneground wholemeal flour and a moreish combination of mixed grains and seeds.
Each loaf is crafted using our starter, which has been slow-fermented for 72 hours, before we stone-bake our Grain Batard to perfection. All thatâs left is for you to quickly complete the baking process, prepare and serve!
