Our time-honoured Sourdough Batard has always been a crowd favourite! Our master bakers have added fresh roasted garlic to the dough, and crafted a flavoursome loaf with a thick golden crust and pillowy centre.
Each loaf is crafted using our beloved natural sourdough starter, which has been slow-fermented for 72 hours, before we stone-bake our Garlic Batard to perfection. All thatâs left is for you to quickly complete the baking process, prepare and serve!
Store frozen until use.
We recommend you serve Cottage Lane bread on the day itâs baked-off, but it should retain its goodness for up to 3 days if stored in an airtight container.
